God answered our prayers for a new pastor with the installation of Pastor Logan Kruck in June of 2026.

We were fortunate to have him serving as a supply pastor for several months since we began the call process for a pastor in May of 2025.

He brings many years of experience in faith formation and a passion for including all in the work of the Lord for our neighbors near and far.

Elisa Long was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but grew up in Owasso, Oklahoma.  She attended Faith Lutheran Church in Owasso, where she was baptized, confirmed, and married to her husband, Mike Long, in September 2004.  Together they have three children, Chris, Broderick, and Nora.

Elisa graduated from Northern Oklahoma College with her Associate degree and then from Oklahoma State University with her Bachelor of Arts in English.

Elisa and her family lived here in Norman for 12 years. They then lived in the small town of Tehachapi, California, for five years, and moved back home to Norman in the fall of 2021.  Her parents also live here in Norman, as well as her sisters and their families.

H. Scott Raab, a native Houstonian, is very happy to join the staff of ULCSC. Scott was Canon Musician for St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral in Oklahoma City for 44 years before retiring in 2022. He holds the Bachelor of Music degree in Organ Performance from the University of Houston and the Master of Music degree in Organ Performance from the University of Michigan. He has been Dean of the Oklahoma City Chapter of the American Guild of Organists and is a long-time member of the Association of Anglican Musicians. In 2002, The Rt. Rev. Robert M. Moody, Episcopal Bishop of Oklahoma, awarded Scott the Distinguished Ministry award.
